DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION - creating a significant cultural change

An increasing number of organizations are mandating that managing diversity be a strategic priority.
They are striving to develop an environment in which people treat each other with respect, and individuals are valued and rewarded based upon their merits and performance. This often involves making sweeping changes in performance management processes, developing fair recruitment practices and appraisal systems, and designing talent management processes that offer opportunities to those most deserving.
